How we rebuilt the strategy and messaging behind a massage educator's funnel and turned a proven offer into a revenue engine
in total revenue generated since the partnership began
in her biggest month ever, and that was just the first 21 days of January 2026
on $47,330 in ad spend, verified in Meta Ads Manager

"My business has quadrupled."
Joanna Tringali teaches licensed massage therapists how to add Buccal Massage to their service offerings, a high-ticket certification priced at $1,500 and up.
The offer was proven and the demand was real. In 2024, she closed the year at $98,413 with 63 total sales, because revenue was leaking at every step of her funnel. The ads lacked direction. The messaging didn't match what her market actually responds to. The pages weren't converting anywhere near what the offer deserved.
Here's the thing we say on every page of this site: nothing in your business exists in a silo. Joanna's funnel is what that looks like in practice. No single piece was broken enough to blame. The system was.
Starting in November 2024, we overhauled the strategy and messaging across her entire funnel.
Mapped the messaging to her actual market. Before writing a word of copy, we dug into what her market thinks it wants versus what it actually responds to, the belief shifts that move a massage therapist from curious to committed, and the triggers that drive action. Every ad, page, and funnel touchpoint got built on that foundation.
Engineered EPIC ads to bring in buyers, not clicks. Our signature long-form ads pre-qualify the audience before they ever click. While everyone else chases 3-second hooks, EPIC ads build belief in the feed, which means the leads arriving at Joanna's pages are serious buyers ready to invest at premium price points. That lead quality is also what trains the algorithm to go find more of them.
Restructured the strategy to sell a $1,500+ program in under 48 hours. Cold traffic to sold, through strategic sequencing, offer positioning, and messaging that removes friction while building urgency. Same funnel structure, completely different results, because the strategy and the message are what move buyers through it.
Ran multivariate optimization at every step. Using orthogonal arrays, we test headlines, images, and layouts simultaneously and track every change to bottom-line revenue. Her webinar registration page was converting below 5% when we started. We drove it to 29%, nearly double the 15% industry standard. A recent test added another 24% lift on top. And offer positioning tests raised her average order value from $873.87 to $948.43, an extra $74.56 on every single transaction.
Kept the messaging cohesive from ad to checkout. When someone clicks an EPIC ad, the landing page reinforces the same beliefs. The webinar continues the story. The checkout page closes with the same psychology. That alignment is why conversion holds steady as spend scales instead of collapsing.
| Metric | 2024 (Before) | Since Nov 2024 |
|---|---|---|
| Annual revenue | $98,413 | $469,314 in 2025 ($128,971 first 21 days 2026) |
| Offers sold | 63 | 584 |
| Best month | — | $128,971 |
In the ad account: $47,330 in spend generated $318,495 in revenue tracked directly in Meta Ads Manager, a 6.7x return. And that only counts what Meta can definitively attribute. The complete funnel strategy generated $605,689 total, because the revenue from better pages, better offers, and better messaging shows up everywhere, not just inside an attribution window.
That gap between $318K tracked and $605K total is the whole argument for how we work. Optimize only the ads and you capture only the first number.
Joanna's results didn't come from a tactic that worked once. Each improvement amplifies the others. Better messaging improves lead quality. Better lead quality trains the algorithm. Higher page conversion makes every ad dollar work harder. Higher order value raises what she can afford to spend to acquire a customer, which is exactly how you scale in a world of shrinking margins.
We optimized her whole system for the number that matters: what her business actually made.

Two engines. One system. Measured in profit.
